About Me

imageMy goal as your Massage Therapist is to customize our sessions to your needs, pains and problem areas. Everyone has experienced pain, knowing that I want to help you decrease your pain and improve your ranges of motion so that you can comfortably perform the activities you love to do. We will begin with an assessment of your background and history; followed by sessions that will address your specific needs. In the long run, my goal is to help you be able to do what you love, in order to improve your quality of life
